Is renting in Spain Viable

A first floor apartment in a new modern low-rise development in the outskirts of Denia.
Close to shops and five minutes by car to excellent sandy beaches.

The apartment is comfortably furnished. The bedroom has twin beds, a table and large wardrobe, and opens onto a small balcony. There is a shower in the bathroom and all bed linen and towels are provided.

The lounge has a double bed settee, table, chairs, sideboard. TV and video, and opens out onto a south facing balcony complete with patio furniture.

There is a breakfast bar between the lounge and fully fitted kitchen. Facilities include electric ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and toaster. There is crockery and cutlery sufficient for four people.

The apartment has electric radiators, fans and an automatic washing machine.
Outside there is a communal swimming pool with shower. Secure parking is provided.
No pets and no smoking indoors.

Nearest Airports: Alicante or Valencia

Denia has shops, many restaurants, an interesting castle and archaeological museum. There is a thriving marina and ferries go to Ibiza and along the coast. Calpe and Altea are pleasant resorts 30 minutes drive away and the tourist centre of Benidorm is an hour by train or car.
